Scope of Service:
Our one-off trip fee is meticulously calculated to encompass the needs of approximately 90% of most small jobs and includes most minor materials, offering immediate solutions and quality service. In the event that a job is significant and requires work exceeding the standard trip fee, rest assured a fair and transparent price will be provided before proceeding with any additional work.

Job Price Cap:
We encourage our clients to establish a job price cap – a predetermined threshold beyond which we will seek your approval before continuing with any additional work. This ensures transparent communication and alignment with your budgetary constraints, fostering mutual trust and understanding.

• Basic carpentry services such as fixing doors, shelves, windows, and furniture, etc.

• Plumbing services including leak repairs and faucet replacements, etc.

Response Time: Within 72 hours of a service request, with services carried out exclusively between 5 pm and midnight, Monday to Friday.

Support: Email and phone support during normal business hours.

Notes: This package is tailored for businesses looking for basic maintenance services to be conducted during the after-hours timeframe of 5 pm to midnight.

Notes: The standard package offers a greater number of services and visits per month, all scheduled between the convenient hours of 5 pm to midnight, ensuring uninterrupted business operations during regular working hours.

Response Time: Within 24 hours of a service request, with services carried out exclusively between 5 pm and midnight, Monday to Friday.

Support: Dedicated account manager with extended hours for streamlined communication and emergency response coordination.

Notes: The premium package assures quick and responsive service for businesses with a higher demand for after-hours maintenance, with all services conducted in the designated timeframe of 5 pm to midnight. With these packages, businesses can confidently plan their maintenance and service needs to be addressed during the after-hours window from 5 pm to midnight, keeping their operations smooth during standard business hours. 

Disclaimer for Monthly Service Packages:

*Important: the monthly service rate is a contract, not a subscription. A six-month commitment is required. This is to help businesses finance their needs without the upfront yearly fee.

 Service visits are available on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Unused visits from one month will not roll over to subsequent months. It is encouraged to schedule necessary maintenance and services timely to make the most of your selected package.
